After six years investigation experience at a small firm specializing in employment, fraud, and civil investigations, Charles Pfister founded his own firm in 2001 specializing in legal investigations for attorneys.  He has extensive experience in criminal and civil investigations, workplace death, harassment, and accident investigations, fraud investigations, background investigations on individuals and organizations, and specialized research, including fact checking and historical/genealogical research.  With degrees in Math, Literature, and Environmental Science, he previously was a journalist and environmental researcher publishing magazine journalism and peer-reviewed scientific articles.  He also has extensive experience as an educator with urban youth and youth at risk.
